Residents of Syringa mobile home park are living on condemned property but have no way to move from their already decaying homes.

Cindra Stork, a Syringa Mobile Home Park resident, said it breaks her heart to see the park in the condition it is.

Most of the park, which the city of Moscow condemned, is over grown with few residents still living there.
